We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday 8am – 5pm
Tuesday 10am – 7pm
Wednesday 8am – 5pm
Thursday 8am – 5pm
Friday 8am – 2pm
Our Mission Statement
The doctors and team of Eissens Dentistry strive to provide exemplary dental care in a state-of-the-art facility focused on patient comfort. We utilize modern dental technology and take pride in a team that is knowledgeable and friendly.
Our goal is to treat each patient with integrity and compassion – with the same care that we would provide to one of our family members. We provide exceptional care that encourages our patients to recommend us to their friends and family.
Appointments
We work to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments.
For children, some appointments may require your child to miss school. Because dental appointments, by law, are medical in nature, they are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.
We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice of your appointment should you need to make a change. We understand that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your support and cooperation in this as a courtesy to all of our patients.
Insurance
Our office is committed to showing you how to maximize your insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will bill most insurance companies for provided service. Due to the complexities of insurance contracts, please be aware that every insurance group policy varies, and while we try to give the best possible estimate, we cannot guarantee exact coverage.
Should you have concerns regarding a statement you received, please do not hesitate to call or email our team! Insurance co-payments are often very confusing, and we strive to further your insurance knowledge. Our well-trained administrative staff are always pleased to answer questions you may have regarding your coverage.
